Double-sided adhesive
Helps secure the inserts between your skin and clothing, without sewing.
Made for structured outfits
Best worn with fitted, structured tops, dresses or bras that provide support and keep the inserts in position. These inserts do not stay up on their own and are not a standalone adhesive bra.
Reusable with care
Gently clean after wearing and allow to dry completely before storing.
How to wear
How to wear
- Start with clean, dry skin, free from lotion or oil. Make sure the inside of your clothing is clean and dry.
- Put on a fitted, structured garment that provides support.
- Remove the protective backing as needed and position the inserts inside your garment first, rather than applying them to your skin first.
- Gently lift and position your breasts, then press the inserts against your skin and clothing.
- Check both sides in the mirror and adjust for an even, comfortable fit.
The inserts need support from your clothing. Do not wear them on their own.

Gently hand wash after each wear with lukewarm water and a small amount of mild soap.
Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely in a cool place away from direct sunlight.
Once dry, replace the original protective liners over the adhesive surfaces and store flat in the case. Keep the adhesive surfaces away from dust and lint.

Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the order date for unworn items in their original condition and packaging. A $3.99 handling fee applies.
Before returning an item, email cs@nipplecovers.com for the return address.
For damaged, defective or incorrect items, contact us within 30 days of the order date with photos or a video.

Find your full US bra size below to see the suggested insert size.
1. Check your bra size
Use the full US size of a well-fitting bra, such as 32D or 34B. You need both the band number and cup letter.
2. Find your match
Locate your bra size in the right-hand column. The letter on the left is the suggested insert size.
3. Select your inserts
Choose that letter under “Insert size” on the product page. Insert sizes are not the same as bra cup sizes.

For example: US bra size 32D → insert size C. US bra size 34D → insert size D.

Use your current bra size
Start with the size you currently wear comfortably, not the cup size you hope to achieve after adding padding.
The band number is your bra’s labelled size. Do not enter a raw measurement in centimetres as the band size.
Unsure or can't find your size?
If your bra size is not listed, your recommended insert size is unavailable, or you wear different sizes across brands, contact us before choosing another size.
