Not Sure Which Cup You Are?

If you're between sizes or shopping without your exact cup in mind, here's the easy rule: go by the band-and-cup size of the bra you wear most. Still unsure? Size up — a slightly larger cover gives fuller coverage and still stays invisible. A too-small cover is the one thing that can peek out.

First, Find Your Bra Size

All our charts use your everyday bra size — the band number and cup letter (like the "34" and "C" in 34C). Already know yours? Skip ahead to the chart. Not sure? Here's the 1-minute version:

1. Your band size — Wrap a soft tape measure snugly around your ribcage, right under your bust. Round to the nearest even number (28, 30, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40). That's your band.

2. Your cup — Measure loosely around the fullest part of your bust. The difference between this and your band number gives your cup: about 1 inch = A, 2 = B, 3 = C, 4 = D, 5 = DD/E, 6 = DDD/F.

3. Read the chart — Find your band size down the left, your cup across the top, and the box where they meet shows your size. Between sizes? Always size up — a slightly larger cover still stays invisible, a too-small one can peek out.
