Usage Tips: Our inserts are not intended for individuals with sensitive or thin skin, or those who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Unlike a sticky bra, NIPPLE inserts need the support of fitted, structured clothing and do not stay up by themselves.

Hand wash, and gently scrub the adhesive with your fingertips, do not wash with your fingernails to avoid nail damage to the adhesive. Rinse the insert with warm water to remove residue. Once cleaning is complete, shake off excess water, gently press the inserts to squeeze out any residual water, and place the inserts in a dust-free area to dry. When the inserts are completely dry, apply a protective film to prevent dust and lint from adhering to the liner.
